Location: Remote (with travel to various locations across Germany)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing automation strategies that drive their clients' success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and lead the execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while having the flexibility to visit our main locations across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Design and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and marketing innovation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and management.
• Deep understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and email best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
