We are currently seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant to join a leading technology consultancy based in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a passion for cybersecurity to help clients navigate complex security challenges in a customer-facing consulting role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their unique information security needs and develop tailored security strategies.

• Security Assessments: Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to evaluate and enhance clients' security posture.

• Solution Implementation: Advise and assist in the implementation of security frameworks and technologies such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls.

• Security Policy Development: Create and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice and solutions to clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into business processes and ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in information security consulting, ideally in a customer-facing role.

• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR etc.

• Expertise in security technologies, including firewalls, encryption, vulnerability management, and identity and access management (IAM).

• Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and developing risk management strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar would be advantageous.
