About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP consultant who wants to further develop their skills in a strong professional environment in Oslo. You will be part of a growing SAP team delivering smarter business processes and innovative solutions – with a focus on both employee well-being and professional development.

As a functional SAP consultant, you will work closely with ERP experts and help build the intelligent, cloud-based ERP solutions of the future. Our interdisciplinary approach also includes collaboration with specialists in AI, analytics, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement business processes

• Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops

• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and developers

• Support clients in their transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP cloud solutions

• Continuously update your expertise on new SAP technologies

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in IT, business, or logistics

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP applications (finance, logistics, production, warehouse management, or maintenance)

• Experience or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

• Proficiency in Norwegian (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written

• Structured, analytical, and able to understand complex business challenges

• Strong interest in cloud solutions and new technologies
