Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of customer contracts including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and implementation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyse business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers
  • Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, touch points with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent, and future product direction
  • Mentor other consultants; actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise class human capital management solutions (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc)
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP desired
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
