ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Senior Technical Consultant

StaffHost digital have partnered with a large multinational consultancy in Germany, who are growing their ServiceNow practice. They are currently looking to recruit several ServiceNow Technical Consultants.


About the opportunity:

The role of the Technical Consultant/Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions and services in a consulting environment. Working closely with customers you will act as the Technical point of contact for the duration of the process; from design to implementation and future operation of the solution.

This role will require some travel around Germany to clients, however can be remote or hybrid as the company has multiple office locations.

Due to having a number of positions, experience can be varied in a range of different ServiceNow suits including: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, ITBM etc.


Other relevant experience required:

  • Native German Speaker

  • Experience working with ServiceNow, whether that be at an end user, consultancy or managed service provider.

  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ITAM, ITBM, PPM, SPM and SecOps within the ServiceNow technology stack.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites (Please note this is very limited)
