ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration on exciting and challenging project implementations with a focus on ServiceNow
  • Responsibility, conception and implementation of (sub-) projects
  • Development of technical solution concepts as well as configuration, adaptation and improvement of the ServiceNow configurations
  • Collaborate with the technical project team to develop innovative platform technologies
  • Driving forward and continually improving services

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed business studies, (business) computer science or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in consulting
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms such as HP ServiceManager or BMC remedy
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ITIL certification desirable
  • Knowledge of web technologies like XML or HTML as well as Javascript
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An analytical way of working
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English and French language skills
