Required skills:

  • Hands on experience working with an ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow.
  • Technical hands-on experience e.g. JavaScript
  • Knowledge of ITIL & ServiceNow certifications are an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional and personable
  • Must be fluent in English & Finnish
