Are you an experienced IT professional with a talent for managing complex IT service management projects? Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead projects across Norway, delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring ServiceNow solutions meet business needs. You will coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and process optimisation projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business users.

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITSM standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects or similar ITSM projects.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• ITIL certification is highly desirable.

• Fluent Norwegian speaker and Norwegian citizenship required.
