The ideal candidate will have experience customising and configuring the ServiceNow platform or working directly with the customer to understand their requirements and advise them on the best solution.

Skills & experience:

• Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow.
• Technical experience e.g. JavaScript.
• ServiceNow Certifications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ITIL is beneficial
• Professional Swedish language.
• Strong interpersonal skills
