Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant specializing in the IRM/GRC modules, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions for our esteemed clients. This company are seeking a candidate with a blend of process and technical acumen, particularly emphasizing design expertise over technical implementation skills. This remote-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a German-speaking professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects from the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

• Lead the design and configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet specific client needs, focusing on risk management, compliance, security incident response, and third-party risk management.

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for IRM/GRC processes and workflows.

• Work closely with project stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working on ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation projects.

• Proficiency in German language (spoken and written).

• Strong understanding of IRM/GRC processes and frameworks.

• ServiceNow certifications in Risk & Compliance, Security Incident Response, and Third-Party Risk Management Implementation are preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
