Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Technical Strategy team in the Banking and Insurance sector. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses by leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge. You will collaborate with our diverse team of professionals to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements within the Banking and Insurance sector. Develop and implement comprehensive technical strategies to address these challenges effectively.

Risk Management: Assist clients in assessing and mitigating technology-related risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Provide guidance on risk management strategies and best practices.

Project Management: Lead and manage technical strategy projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and project stakeholders.

Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.

Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and industry-specific insights. Share your expertise through internal and external publications, conferences, and seminars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business, Engineering) required; Master's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in technical strategy consulting within the Banking and Insurance industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in German and English is required.
