SAP Project Manager | Award Winning Consultancy

Location: Trondheim, Norway (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced SAP professional with a strong track record in delivering ERP projects? Our client is seeking a SAP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of SAP solutions that improve business processes and support digital transformation across Norway.

As an SAP Project Manager, you will lead SAP implementations and upgrades across modules such as S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP projects from planning to go-live, including S/4HANA and Cloud transformations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business users.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor risks, issues, and change requests, and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards.
Support user adoption, training, and post-implementation optimisation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing SAP projects across multiple modules.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, or related modules.
Excellent organisational and client-facing skills.
PMP or SAP Activate project management certification is desirable.
Fluent Norwegian speaker and Norwegian citizenship required.
