As an SAP Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into SAP system requirements, and configure solutions that drive measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and fellow consultants to ensure successful implementations, integrations, and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system designs.

• Configure and implement SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, or others depending on expertise).

• Support full lifecycle SAP projects including design, build, testing, training, and go-live.

• Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, business processes, and system optimisation.

• Collaborate with developers on custom enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.

• Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

• Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend improvements to client systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with hands-on expertise in one or more modules.

• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and business process mapping.

• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

• Professional certifications in relevant SAP modules are highly desirable.

• Must speak fluent Norwegian and hold Norwegian citizenship.
