Do you have a passion for managing CRM and cloud transformation projects? Our client is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, helping clients drive sales, marketing, and service excellence.

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams to align on solution design.

• Define project scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.

• Track project KPIs, risks, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and change management processes.

• Support adoption and user training strategies for client teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations or cloud CRM projects.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Salesforce Project Management or PMP certification is a plus.

• Fluent Norwegian speaker and Norwegian citizenship required.
