As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs, ensuring alignment with both project objectives and long-term IT strategies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and consultants to design, implement, and optimise robust Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Salesforce solution blueprints and technical roadmaps that align with business goals.

• Assess existing Salesforce environments and recommend optimisation or enhancements.

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data models, integrations, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, delivery plans, and resource requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce consultants and developers.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure solution designs comply with Salesforce standards, governance, and security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect.

• Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience) and the Salesforce Platform.

• Excellent ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solution designs.

• Professional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.

• Must speak fluent Norwegian and hold Norwegian citizenship.
