SAP Managing Consultant | Award Winning Consultancy

Position: Hybrid, Based in Norway

Are you a senior SAP professional with leadership experience and a passion for delivering transformative solutions? Our client is seeking a SAP Managing Consultant to lead projects, manage teams, and drive SAP strategy for enterprise clients in Norway.

As a SAP Managing Consultant, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, from business requirements through implementation and optimisation. You will combine technical expertise with leadership, mentoring consultants and ensuring solutions meet both business objectives and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants across multiple projects and modules.
Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP best practices and solution optimisation.
Plan and track project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security policies, and governance.
Support business development through identifying opportunities for new SAP engagements.
Stay up to date with SAP innovations and advise on adoption strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with leadership or project management experience.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), and SAP Cloud solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
SAP certifications (Solution Architect, Application Architect, or relevant module certifications) are highly desirable.
Must speak fluent Norwegian and hold Norwegian citizenship.
