This is an unmatchable opportunity to be an early team member helping to shape the strategic direction and build out the ServiceNow delivery capabilities for a visionary new consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the design and delivery of comprehensive, enterprise-scale ServiceNow-enabled service management solutions and transformations for clients across industries
- Lead Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Process Re-engineering, Development, Testing, Organizational Change Management, Training and Deployment workstreams
- Provide trusted ServiceNow platform advisory services and technical leadership as an elite subject matter expert guiding clients like major financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and public sector organizations
- Develop robust ServiceNow talent development programs through training curricula, mentorship initiatives, career growth opportunities and capabilities uplift
- Foster ecosystem partnerships with ServiceNow and other key technology vendors to bring cutting-edge solutions to engagements
- Identify areas for practice innovation, IP/accelerator development and thought leadership within the ServiceNow product stack
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) and coding languages
- Mastery of industry best practices, coding standards and architectural principles for optimizing the ServiceNow platform in complex enterprise environments
- Exceptional client management and communication skills with proven ability to present to and influence C-Level and executive stakeholders
- Extensive professional services experience managing large-scale, multi-million dollar ServiceNow transformation programs end-to-end
- Fluency in Danish and English required, with strong technical documentation, training and knowledge transfer abilities
