Role Overview:

As an senior Salesforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud will be crucial in implementing innovative solutions and streamlining processes. This position offers a hybrid work-life balance, allowing you to work primarily from Germany, while being open to occasional travel to our client's locations across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, to meet specific business needs.

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems to enhance data flow and improve overall efficiency.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and mentoring to end-users, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential.

• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Manager, with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementation.

• Previous experience as a Developer is a huge plus

• Solid experience with data integration, migration processes and agile methodology

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel to as needed.

• Needs to be fluent in German and English
