Role Overview:

As the Head of Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in leading a large team of Salesforce Specialists, driving their expansion efforts, and building a strong presence in Germany. Your expertise will primarily focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem but will also have the opportunity to explore and grow into different clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Specialists to deliver outstanding results.

  • Drive the expansion and growth of their Salesforce presence in Germany.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce solutions.

  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading large team's of Salesforce Specialists.

  • Strong background in expanding/building up teams in Germany.

  • Fluency in German is a must.

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

  • Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within Salesforce.
