Having grown from 1 employee to over 25 in just over a year and a half, this team were established to work with Germany’s leading Banks and Financial Institutions providing Consultancy and Project Management solutions for significant IT and Digital Transformation projects.
With a business plan targeting double digit growth for the next 5 years and record numbers of promotions; this global leader is looking to hire additional consultants and project managers to join this dynamic and vibrant team in Frankfurt.
Hybrid working is encouraged, however candidates must be visible to the office and customers in Frankfurt.

Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading IT and Digital Transformation projects for leading Banks and Financial Institutions. This includes tasks such as:
- Advising and guiding customers through digital change and how to shape their digital future in areas such as: Vertical Cloud, Blockchain, Quantum Computing and future-oriented IT operating models.
- IT Strategy Assessments. By carrying out assessments of existing IT strategies and Enterprise systems landscapes – identify improvements and defining appropriate measures including implementation roadmaps etc.
- Rollout plans – Develop and support transformation and implementation programs.
- Business Development – Contribute to business development and building long-term customer relationships.
- Test Activities – Plan and control a wide range of test activities (e.g., implementation, analysis and evaluation of test concepts, test processes, test coordination and test execution.
Required skills:
- Consultancy/Management Consultancy or Strategy Consulting background.
- Several years of practical experience leading IT and Digital Transformation projects relating to IT strategy, IT transformation, IT development and implementation, enterprise system landscapes and cloud.
- Experience working with Banking and/or Financial Services customers is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in planning, controlling and managing projects in large IT transformations as well as IT development and implementation projects.
- Masters degree at a leading university – specialising in economics, business administration, business informatics, mathematics or comparable courses.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
