Are you an Atlassian expert with a talent for guiding complex projects? Our client is seeking an Atlassian Project Manager to lead implementations and optimisations of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, in Stavanger, Norway.

As an Atlassian Project Manager, you will manage all phases of Atlassian projects—from requirements gathering and configuration to migration and adoption—ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Atlassian platform projects, including Jira, Confluence, and JSM.

• Plan and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

• Coordinate consultants, administrators, and client teams for delivery.

• Oversee migrations from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud or Data Center.

• Ensure best practices in workflows, dashboards, and automation are followed.

• Support client adoption, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Atlassian projects and implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-620) are highly desirable.

• Fluent Norwegian speaker and Norwegian citizenship required.
