Position: Hybrid
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering solutions that transform the way organisations work? Our client is seeking a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join their dynamic team and play a key role in implementing and optimising ServiceNow platforms for leading businesses in Norway.
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow implementations that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others based on client needs.
Support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from design and build to testing, training, and go-live.
Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and system optimisation.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver integrations, customisations, and enhancements.
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend relevant improvements to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or similar role, with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS in ITSM/HRSD/ITOM) are highly desirable.
Must speak fluent Norwegian and hold Norwegian citizenship.
