We are supporting a leading Finnish organisation that is strengthening its identity and access management capability as part of a wider security uplift. They are now looking for an IAM Engineer to join the team in Espoo and help shape a secure, scalable, and reliable environment for thousands of users.

This is a hands on role where you will work closely with architects, security specialists, and wider IT teams. You will be involved in both ongoing development work and day to day improvements, so it suits someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and problem solving.

What you will do:

• Manage and develop IAM solutions across the organisation, ensuring secure access and strong governance.

• Support the design and implementation of new features, integrations, and improvements.

• Maintain authentication and authorisation services, including lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot complex IAM related issues and drive long term fixes.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts across the environment.

What you will bring:

• Solid experience working with identity and access management tools and concepts.

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and MFA technologies.

• Experience with directory services, access governance, and lifecycle processes.

• Understanding of cloud environments, ideally Azure or similar.

• Ability to work with both technical and non technical teams in a clear and practical way.

• A proactive and structured approach to problem solving.
