Identity Architect - Norway – Leading Cybersecurity Company
We’re supporting a major consultancy in Norway as they scale their Digital Identity team – a high-performing group of 30+ architects and advisors working at the heart of digital transformation for both public and private sector clients.
They’re now looking for an experienced Identity Architect to help shape, design, and implement secure, scalable IAM frameworks for some of Norway’s most critical organizations.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of identity architecture and roadmaps
- Guide clients from strategy and analysis through to implementation
- Work crossfunctionally with security, cloud, infrastructure, and business teams
- Deliver solutions across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Cloud Identity
Tech stack & areas of expertise:
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Rolebased or attribute-based access control
- Handson experience with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, Omada, One Identity, Ping Identity, ClearSkye
- Strong consulting background and experience in strategic advisory
