Job Description:

They're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join their dynamic team in Norway. In this role, you will leverage your extensive SAP expertise to deliver exceptional solutions and support to their diverse clientele. Your proficiency in S4/HANA and your consultancy background will be critical in driving success in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored SAP solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis and design of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP FICO configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continually enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO.
• Proven experience with S4/HANA implementations.
• Relevant SAP certifications are required.
• Strong consultancy background with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
