ServiceNow Engagement Manager

One of the most exciting global consultancies is currently seeking a talented individual to join a highly regarded and dynamic team. This organisation is a global partner of ServiceNow.

Role:

The business is looking to hire a client-facing Engagement Manager and you would be responsible for working on high-profile ServiceNow programmes for some of France's largest enterprise organisations.

This role could suit either someone with consultancy experience or someone working for an end-user business with good knowledge of ServiceNow.

This person will have the responsibilities to include, acting as the manage projects, relationships, workshops, functional design and delivery teams for ServiceNow implementation projects.

Required skills:

  • Ability and competence to act as the Engagement Manager for ServiceNow implementation projects.

  • You know ServiceNow intimately in order to guide, advise and support the customer to the best solution.

  • You are somebody who can take responsibility for a project, as well as a group of people working on the project.

  • You have experience that combines general consultancy skills as an advisor and a cutting edge expertise in technology.

  • You have a real interest in working at the intersection of IT and business.

  • Experience from at least 3 projects with implementation / configuration of ServiceNow.

  • Either consulting experience or strong understanding of ServiceNow gained within an organisation for internal purposes.
