My client is seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping their IT infrastructure and modern workplace environment. As a key member of the IT team, you will work closely with a dynamic group of professionals, both on-site and remote, to ensure the effective design and implementation of modern workplace solutions. Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to assess their current workplace environment, understand their business goals, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Design: Develop tailored Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies, serving as the technical expert on projects.
• Infrastructure and Architecture: Design and architect modern workplace infrastructure, including identity and access management, collaboration tools, security, and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to clients and internal teams on the effective use and management of modern workplace solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, security best practices, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Swedish and English language is a MUST
