Job Title: Managing ServiceNow Consultant - Remote (Germany)

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing ServiceNow Consultant to join our  team in Germany, working remotely. As a Managing ServiceNow Consultant, you will primarily focus on the ServiceNow modules ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HR (Human Resources), and ITBM (IT Business Management). Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to align with client requirements.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on best practices related to ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior consultants in ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow releases, features, and certifications to provide informed guidance and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, HR, and ITBM modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
