Vulnerability Manager – Oslo – Leading Consultancy in Norway

We’re partnering with a leading consultancy in Norway that’s actively building out its vulnerability management environment — and looking for someone like you to help shape it from the ground up.

This is your opportunity to be a key figure in managing technical risk and turning security insights into real-world impact.

The role includes:

Running vulnerability scans with tools like Tenable Nessus or Qualys
Creating riskbased reports and dashboards for technical and executive stakeholders
Working directly with system owners to prioritize and mitigate findings
Driving improvements in vulnerability management processes
Helping teams understand, prioritize, and act on security risks

You might be a great fit if you have:

2–3 years of experience in vulnerability management or technical risk assessment
Experience with tools like Nessus, Qualys, or similar
Knowledge of CVSS, OWASP Top 10, and key vulnerability categories
A structured, riskbased approach to security — you know that not all risks are equal
Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical teams
