ServiceNow Solution Architect (Copenhagen)

An award-winning global consultancy is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their prestigious ServiceNow practice in Copenhagen. This is an exceptional opportunity for an expert ITSM professional to drive transformative engagements with Fortune 500 clients across Denmark.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead implementation of complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions tailored to unique client requirements while ensuring adherence to industry best practices

• Oversee full project lifecycles from initial business requirements gathering and process mapping through design, development, testing, deployment and post-production optimization

• Manage and mentor high-performing teams of technical consultants, developers, and third-party implementation partners to deliver projects on-time and within budget

• Provide strategic thought leadership and trusted ITSM/ITOM/ESM advisory services to c-suite and executive client stakeholders

• Develop long-term ServiceNow roadmaps and technology enablement strategies aligned to key client business drivers

• Establish ServiceNow enablement programs including administrator/developer training and centers of excellence

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of intensive experience implementing, integrating and optimizing the ServiceNow platform across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, etc.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large, complex, multi-million dollar ServiceNow transformation programs for major enterprises

• Strong program/project management skills with expertise in leading methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)

• Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and executive stakeholders to manage expectations

• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to pitch complex ServiceNow solutions to c-level audiences

• Fluency in Danish and English required, with outstanding documentation skills
