ServiceNow Practice Lead (Frederiksberg)

An established management and technology consultancy is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead for their offices Frederiksberg. This strategic leadership role will be charged with driving the buildout and delivery of the firm's end-to-end ServiceNow consulting capabilities serving enterprises across the Nordic region.

Position Overview:
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the ServiceNow practice including strategy, business development, solution design, resource management and service delivery
  • Define and implement the practice's vision, go-to-market strategy, partnership ecosystem and sales enablement programs to accelerate growth 
  • Serve as the executive leader managing all aspects of ServiceNow engagements from solutioning to delivery, while nurturing and expanding key client relationships
  • Attract, develop and inspire a high-performing team of certified ServiceNow consultants, architects and technical resources across sales and delivery
  • Instill a culture of innovation, continuous learning and thought leadership - establishing a plan for accelerators, assets and ServiceNow advocacy 
  • Ensure successful, quality delivery of ServiceNow programs through comprehensive governance, risk and issue management

Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of intensive ServiceNow architecture, implementation and program management experience across core ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules
  • Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-million dollar, global ServiceNow transformation programs end-to-end for major enterprises
  • Mastery of ITIL best practices and deep understanding of process/workflow optimization for enterprise service management
  • Demonstrated success in structuring, launching and growing a high-revenue, high-profit ServiceNow consulting/advisory practice
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and executive presence to engage and influence c-suite clients effectively
  • B2 fluency in Danish and English required.
