ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ITOM Specialist) - REMOTE (Germany-based), with headquarters in Munich - GERMAN speaking role

This StaffHost digital client are seeking a talented ServiceNow Functional Consultant with expertise in the ITOM module to join their dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier solutions to their clients, particularly focusing on the design aspect of ITOM implementations. As they continue to grow and expand their projects, they are looking for a individuals with a blend of process and technical knowledge, emphasising design-based skills over technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Lead the design and configuration of ITOM functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on ITOM processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of ITOM solutions.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform developments and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise in ITOM capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on ServiceNow ITOM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT operations management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in both process and technical aspects of ServiceNow, with a focus on design-based solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications on Discovery and Service Mapping Implementation specialists are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
• Fluency in German is essential for this role.
