Senior ServiceNow Consultant (Copenhagen/Frederiksberg)

A disruptive, high-growth ServiceNow consultancy seeks experienced Senior Consultants to join their team based in Copenhagen. This firm is rapidly expanding across the Nordic countries, advising some of the region's largest enterprises on optimizing and transforming their service management capabilities leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Role Overview:

  • Take a hands-on lead consulting role in all phases of the project lifecycle - requirements gathering, process design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment and handover

  • Manage translation of complex business requirements into comprehensive, multi-phase ServiceNow technical solutions meeting client objectives

  • Provide trusted ServiceNow platform advisory, process transformation expertise and strategic guidance to client stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Develop and deliver tailored ServiceNow administrator/developer training and knowledge transfer programs to build sustainable client enablement

  • Identify and implement best practice ITIL processes, coding standards, integrations and workflow optimizations within the ServiceNow platform

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, other third-party consultants and client resources to ensure successful ServiceNow implementations


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience implementing and integrating core ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, etc.

  • Deep expertise in ITIL framework and ability to map processes/workflows into ServiceNow in an efficient, sustainable and future-proof manner

  • Proven experience defining integration requirements and deploying data synchronizations between ServiceNow and third-party data sources, monitoring tools and ITSM solutions

  • Strong technical consulting skills with hands-on ServiceNow configuration/scripting experience across multiple coding languages like JavaScript, Angular, etc.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Fluency in Danish and English required
