We are delighted to be supporting a well-established consultancy in Gothenburg that is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing team. With increasing client demand across Sweden, this consultancy is expanding its Salesforce capability to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions.

In this role, you will play a central part in designing, implementing, and optimising Salesforce platforms for a diverse range of clients. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you’ll ensure their teams are equipped with the right tools, insights, and support to maximise success.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Salesforce to meet client-specific business needs.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop automation processes using workflows, flows, and process builder.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to drive data-led decisions.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
• Deliver user support and training, resolving Salesforce-related issues effectively.
• Partner with cross-functional client teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce features and best practices, suggesting improvements where relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (preferred).
• Proven track record in Salesforce development, implementation, and customisation.
• Strong expertise in automation tools such as workflows, flows, and process builder.
• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with a passion for staying ahead of Salesforce trends.
