Now Hiring: Senior Manager – IAM | Global Cybersecurity Consultancy | Houston, TX

Are you a proven IAM leader ready to take charge of complex identity programs for enterprise clients?

We’re working with a world-renowned cybersecurity consultancy to recruit a Senior Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM) for their Houston-based team. This is a high-visibility role delivering transformational security projects across Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading large-scale IAM transformation programs across SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

• Shaping IAM strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments

• Managing teams, budgets, and senior client relationships across multiple engagements

• Driving access lifecycle automation, compliance readiness (SOX, HIPAA, NIST, etc.), and risk mitigation

• Acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and senior stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8–12 years of IAM and cybersecurity experience, ideally including 3+ years in consulting

• Strong leadership in identity governance, privileged access, and zero trust frameworks

• Expertise in at least two platforms: SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Experience managing teams and client delivery in enterprise environments

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence

• Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX (hybrid model); U.S. work authorization required
