Due to growth and demand, the practice is fully utilized with a very strong project pipeline and my client is looking to recruit a Senior Manager who will become the defacto topic lead in key areas of their GRC team which will enable the business unit to continue their exceptional growth trajectory.


As part of their commitment to holistic cyber solutions, they guide clients through their transformation journey, from initial assessments to cyber resilience strategies, technology implementation, risk management, and ongoing improvements; typically working with market leading, global clients with complex requirements.

They are currently expanding our team and looking for Senior Managers in Cyber Security, specifically within GRC. With the team at full capacity, there are seeking topic leads within core GRC or AI Security to continue this next phase of growth.


Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic security projects and organizational initiatives for clients.
  • Drive transformation projects to enhance client cybersecurity maturity and resilience.
  • Manage key client relationships and associated projects.
  • Oversee project and team management locally and globally.
  • Contribute to service development within Strategy, Architecture, and Technology areas.
  • Lead and support sales processes and network internally and externally.



  • Extensive consulting experience with sales and customer-focused roles in a tier 1 consultancy.
  • Strong cyber background and established professional network in the Norwegian community.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work across disciplines effectively.
  • Structured work approach, team-oriented, and committed to quality and timelines.
  • Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
