They are looking to expand their team due to high customer demand, offering extensive opportunity for clear progression towards expert-level end user competency (M365, Intune, MDM, SCCM, etc). Whilst working closely alongside multiple certified Microsoft and IT professionals on large scale digital transformation projects. ? Role Overview:

As a Senior M365 Specialist, your expertise will be crucial in optimizing collaboration tools, enhancing security measures, and ensuring seamless integration of M365 applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on their digital transformation journey.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Windows10/11 and many more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on M365 best practices.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to M365, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Develop and implement security policies and controls within the M365 environment to safeguard data and information.
• Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of M365 tools.

? Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M365 Specialist, with a focus on design, implementation, and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Windows10/11 and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in M365 security and compliance features.
• Experience in leading and executing migration projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: M365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
• Fluent Norwegian speaking is a must.
