Job description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team in Sweden. Role Overview
As a Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between business needs and Salesforce solutions. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and design processes while also configuring Salesforce to deliver scalable solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires both business acumen and hands-on Salesforce expertise.
Responsibilities

Conduct requirements gathering sessions, demos, and workshops with stakeholders

Translate business processes into Salesforce solutions across Core Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Data, Revenue/Financial Services (excluding Marketing)

Configure Salesforce (flows, automation, data models, security)

Collaborate with developers and technical specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions

Advise clients on best practices and future roadmap opportunities
Required Experience -
5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong configuration knowledge

Proven consultancy background, ideally with exposure to multiple industries

Strong business-facing skills: requirements gathering, presenting, and stakeholder management

Ability to design and articulate solutions that align with business goals
Desired Skills -
Native Swedish language skills preferred, but candidates willing to learn are welcome

Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus
