Position Overview:
This StaffHost digital client are seeking a highly skilled Professional ServiceNow Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in any of the following: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Portfolio Management (PPM), or similar modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet client needs.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.

  • Continuously stay updated with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in a professional capacity.

  • Proficiency in German language is essential.

  • Strong hands-on experience across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, SPM, PPM, SecOps, or GRC.

  • Consulting background preferred.

  • ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
