I am delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer/ Scrum Master to join a dynamic team in Stockholm. In this dual-role position, you will play a pivotal role in developing insightful data visualizations using Power BI while also serving as a Scrum Master to facilitate our agile development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to our business stakeholders.
• Experience in dataset development and tabular modelling.
• Experience with report/app development.
• Coach and guide the development team on Agile principles and practices to ensure successful project delivery.
• Remove impediments and help the team maintain a sustainable pace of work.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in development in Power BI.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Strong data visualization skills with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and empowered team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum, SAFe
