About the Role:
Our client, a software development scale-up, are seeking an NLP Engineer to expand their AI capabilities and deliver projects that transform how customers interact with digital products. You will design and implement natural language processing models for applications such as chatbots, information retrieval, and sentiment analysis, with a focus on real-time performance and scalability. As part of a growing business, you will work closely with product teams to translate requirements into innovative solutions and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s AI roadmap. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise AI models for production systems.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience with Python and at least one major ML framework.
