Position Overview: This StaffHost digital client are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join their team, primarily focusing on development and ITSM services. This German-speaking position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow or IT Service Management to further their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment. Additional module experience is beneficial and will enhance your value within their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and obtain ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and mentors to learn best practices and methodologies for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Maintain a balanced workload split between delivering solutions to clients and engaging in training activities.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow or IT Service Management.
  • Fluent in German language (spoken and written).
  • Strong interest in ServiceNow development and ITSM processes.
  • Additional module experience is beneficial and will increase your value within our team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
