Are you an Identity & Access Management expert ready to take on high-impact projects with a global leader in cybersecurity and digital transformation?

We’re partnering with a top-tier consultancy to recruit a skilled IAM Consultant for their fast-growing cybersecurity team in Houston. You’ll help enterprise clients design and implement scalable, secure identity frameworks in complex hybrid environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering IAM solutions across platforms like SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

• Designing access lifecycle strategies, governance models, and automation frameworks

• Supporting access certification, privileged access controls, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Engaging with cross-functional client stakeholders to deliver business-aligned security solutions

• Contributing to project delivery, documentation, and ongoing improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6+ years of hands-on IAM experience

• Experience with one or more platforms: SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD/Entra

• Strong understanding of identity governance, RBAC, PAM, and access provisioning workflows

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and delivery mindset

• Must be based in Houston, TX (or open to relocation); U.S. work authorization required
