My client is one of the most recognisable global consultancies and a leader in cyber security consultancy and transformation solutions. Their team in the Nordics has experienced unprecedented growth, leading to a strategic opportunity for a Director to join at this exciting time.

Leading a small team within a large practice, you will be responsible for the growth and success of the Microsoft Security team. With significant market demand, you will be tasked with managing existing clients and opportunities, line management of a small team of consultants and building a sustainable opportunity pipeline that can lead to further recruitment and headcount growth in the team. In the interim, you will have access to a large off-shore resourcing team until you have built the full-blend of near shore capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead consulting and pre-sales activities and collaborate closely with clients to analyze their needs, define secure architectures, and deploy solutions.
• Conduct framing workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee the design of robust Microsoft architectures for Azure cloud security.
• Building a sustainable pipeline of client opportunities by collaborating with internal teams, developing new channels for business and working within an established network.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies related to Azure cloud security.
• Experience of leading and growing teams.
• Excellent experience of working with Microsoft and the wider Microsoft community.
• Be able to utilize international resources.
• You have a strong network with extensive sales experience.
• Fluent Norwegian language proficiency.
• Strong consulting experience within Microsoft security topics.
