Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers, to deliver end-to-end data solutions that drive business growth and decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data pipelines using Azure data technologies, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

  • Integrate and transform data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing mechanisms for efficient data handling and analysis.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Azure data technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala.

  • Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices.

  • Fluent Swedish (Native) and English language skills
