Platform Engineer

Opportunity to work in an embedded modern platform engineering team for one of Norway's largest Enterprises.

Location: Oslo, Norway

A leading Nordic IT consultancy and Managed Services Provider making huge investment into an innovative next-generation platform engineering capability for some of Norway's largest private enterprises and most critical public sector entities.

You will work within highly skilled platform engineering team alongside some of Norway's most decorated platform engineering and cloud-native professionals to consistently develop, automate and modernize internal infrastructure platforms for an enterprise customer base.

This role provides the opportunity to work with modern, next generation cloud-native tool stacks as part of an embedded team for household Norwegian enterprises on long term engagements, offering extensive opportunity for professional development and career growth into platform architecture, team & technical leadership.

Required competence:

• Experience working as Platform Engineer/Developer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud containers, orchestration and automation (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or similar).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and relevant tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Puppet).
• Background working with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent Norwegian language skills.
