Location: Tromsø, Norway (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Atlassian professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Our client is seeking a talented Atlassian Managing Consultant to lead a team of consultants, drive client success, and shape Atlassian delivery across Norway.

As an Atlassian Managing Consultant, you will combine hands-on expertise with leadership, guiding project delivery, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants. You will be responsible for ensuring that Atlassian solutions are implemented effectively, on time, and in line with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Atlassian consultants across multiple projects, providing guidance and mentorship.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for Atlassian strategy and platform adoption.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with Atlassian best practices.
Manage resourcing, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
Stay up to date with Atlassian innovations and recommend enhancements to clients.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for new engagements and solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Atlassian Consultant with exposure to team or project leadership.
Strong expertise with Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Experience managing complex Atlassian implementations or migrations (Cloud/Data Center).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Atlassian certifications (ACP) are highly desirable.
Must speak fluent Norwegian and hold Norwegian citizenship.
