Requirements

Possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite, including proficiency in Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
Demonstrate expertise in executing Atlassian projects encompassing configuration, upgrades, performance optimization, implementation support, and providing insightful guidance based on product knowledge.
Embrace a customer-centric approach, exhibiting a willingness to engage effectively in client-facing environments.
Fluency in both Swedish and English languages is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
