Our client is seeking a talented Atlassian Consultant to join their growing team in Tromsø. As an Atlassian Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows and business challenges, then design and implement tailored solutions using the Atlassian product suite. From optimising Jira and Confluence to managing complex migrations and integrations, you will help businesses unlock greater efficiency, scalability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to analyse workflows and translate business needs into Atlassian solutions.

• Configure, customise, and implement Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.

• Manage migrations from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud or Data Center.

• Design and optimise workflows, dashboards, automation, and reporting.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrations with other business applications.

• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.

• Stay current with Atlassian ecosystem updates and recommend relevant best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Consultant or Administrator.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center migrations is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps and integrations.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.

• Atlassian certifications (e.g. ACP-610, ACP-620, ACP-120) are an advantage.

• Must speak fluent Norwegian and be a citizen of Norway.
