About the Role:
Our client, a retail and supply chain end user, are seeking an AI Product Engineer to help develop and integrate intelligent features into their core business platforms. This role is essential to improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall competitiveness in a fast-paced market.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to design AI-driven tools for inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimisation. The role requires both technical expertise and commercial awareness, as you will need to balance innovation with practical business outcomes. It offers a chance to be part of shaping digital products used across an entire industry sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise AI models for production systems.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

• Contribute to AI research initiatives and adopt new techniques into live projects.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Experience with Python and at least one major ML framework.

• Proven record of deploying AI models into production environments.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
